In the heart of La Ferté-Saint-Cyr village, just a stone's throw from the Chambord and Cheverny castles, behind its pretty, colourful facade, this former coaching inn is home to a restaurant renowned for its cuisine.

Favouring short distribution channels, he prepares fresh, authentic seasonal cuisine that pays homage to the quality of the Loire terroir and the work of local producers. This natural, plant-based cuisine draws its inspiration from the aisles of the market, as well as from the orchard and vegetable garden on the premises, which boasts a wide variety of vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, as well as beehives.
